HOW MUCH FITNESS IS THERE?

This is for all fitness levels and the amount of fitness is broken down differently for each destination. We structure the mornings for immersive fitness programing so that the afternoon can be more optional with additional in-depth training, yoga and sweaty programming.

WILL I LOSE WEIGHT?

We do not want to focus on a number but instead aim to create a realistic habit that can lead to long-term change. If you follow the program expect to create a healthy habit that can not only change your body but your life. 

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE AGE?

There is no average human so we do not believe in an "average age." If you have a desire to explore the world, change the body and live a fuller life then welcome to your most amazing adventure! 

WHAT ABOUT THE FOOD?

We work with hotels to create a nutritionally optimal menu for the amount of physical exertion we intended to do. We accommodate  any food preference you have but our idea of healthy is to have a well-balanced and wide variety that sometimes even includes wine, sweets, not gluten-free and other otherwise untrendy foods. Expect the most delicious and nutritious locally sourced (when possible) meals concocted by our nutritionist to foster energy and strength. 

ARE COUPLES WELCOME?

Yes absolutely! These escapes are meant to create the right habits, so bring the person who will help you create and foster yours.
